These Terms & Conditions apply to coaching services provided by The Space For What Matters, LLC, doing
business as Gayden Lewis. By purchasing coaching services through GaydenLewis.com, you agree to these
Terms & Conditions.
Coaching Services
I offer Christian life coaching and sleep coaching services designed to provide education, encouragement,
personalized recommendations, and practical support.
Coaching is a collaborative and educational service. Results vary from person to person, and no particular
result or outcome is guaranteed.
Christian Life Coaching Disclaimer
Christian life coaching is not psychotherapy, professional counseling, mental health treatment, medical
care, or crisis services.
Although Gayden Lewis holds a master's degree in counseling, she does not provide services as a licensed
mental health professional. Coaching should not be used as a substitute for care from a qualified physician,
licensed mental health professional, or other appropriate professional.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please seek appropriate professional or
emergency assistance.
Sleep Coaching Disclaimer
Sleep coaching provides educational information and personalized recommendations related to children's
sleep, schedules, routines, and habits. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from your
child's pediatrician or another qualified healthcare professional.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for determining whether recommendations are appropriate
and safe for their child. You should consult your child's healthcare provider regarding medical concerns or
before making changes when medical guidance is appropriate.
No specific sleep outcome is guaranteed.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions and for determining whether and how to implement coaching
recommendations.
For sleep coaching, the parent or legal guardian remains responsible for all decisions concerning the child's
health, safety, feeding, sleep environment, and care.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Prices and the services included in each coaching package are
described on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase.
Monthly Subscriptions
Certain coaching packages are offered as month-to-month subscriptions.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged
automatically each month at the stated subscription price until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date to prevent the next month's charge. Cancellation
applies to future billing and does not result in a refund for amounts already paid.
Cancellation instructions are provided through the website, customer account, or by contacting
Refund Policy
All coaching purchases are non-refundable.
Because coaching services involve personalized questionnaires, recommendations, written plans, reserved
availability, and/or ongoing support, refunds are not provided after purchase except where required by
applicable law.
Communication and Response Times
The communication and support included with each coaching package are described on the applicable sales
page.
Clients may send information or questions according to the terms of their package. Coaching
communication is not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent, medical, mental health,
or emergency situations.
Intellectual Property
Personalized plans, written recommendations, resources, website content, and other materials provided
through coaching are for the client's personal use only.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or used commercially without written
permission from The Space For What Matters, LLC.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Space For What Matters, LLC and Gayden Lewis are not
responsible for losses, damages, injuries, or adverse outcomes resulting from a client's decisions, actions,
or implementation of coaching information or recommendations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Termination of Services
I reserve the right to discontinue a coaching relationship when reasonably necessary, including in cases of
inappropriate conduct, misuse of services, nonpayment, or circumstances in which the client's needs are
outside the scope of coaching.
If services are discontinued by me before prepaid services have been provided, any refund or credit will be
determined as appropriate and as required by applicable law.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy available on GaydenLewis.com.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law
principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a
revised date.
