This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how The Space For What Matters, LLC, doing business
as Gayden Lewis, collects, uses, and protects consumer health data in connection with coaching services
offered through GaydenLewis.com.
This policy supplements the general Privacy Policy available on GaydenLewis.com.
Consumer Health Data I May Collect
Depending on the coaching service you request, I may collect information you voluntarily provide relating
to health or wellness.
For sleep coaching, this may include information about your child such as:
Age and developmental information
Sleep patterns and sleep concerns
Feeding information
Daily schedules and routines
Health conditions or symptoms you choose to disclose
Medications or medical information you choose to disclose
Other information you provide that is relevant to your child's sleep
I may also receive health or wellness information that you voluntarily provide about yourself in connection
with coaching.
How I Collect Consumer Health Data
Consumer health data is collected primarily directly from you, including through:
Coaching questionnaires
Emails and other coaching communications
Information you voluntarily provide when purchasing or receiving coaching services
For children's sleep coaching, information about a child is provided by the child's parent or legal guardian.
How I Use Consumer Health Data
I use consumer health data only as reasonably necessary to provide the coaching services you request,

Understand your or your child's circumstances
Develop personalized coaching recommendations or action plans
Respond to questions
Adjust coaching recommendations
Provide ongoing coaching support

I do not use consumer health data for targeted advertising.
Sharing Consumer Health Data
I do not sell consumer health data.
Consumer health data may be processed or shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to
operate my website, forms, communications, or coaching services.
These service providers may include website hosting, form, data storage, or technology providers, such as
Squarespace, to the extent information is submitted or stored through those services.
I may also disclose information when required or permitted by law.
How Consumer Health Data Is Processed
Consumer health data is reviewed and used for the purpose of providing the coaching services you request.
Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide those services and operate the business.
I take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect consumer health data.

contacting gaydenlewis@gmail.com.
Withdrawing consent may make it impossible for me to continue providing a coaching service that requires
that information.
Third-Party Collection
My website is hosted by Squarespace and may use third-party technology necessary to operate the website.
Those providers may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
I do not authorize third parties to collect consumer health data through GaydenLewis.com over time and
across unrelated websites for targeted advertising purposes.
Changes to This Policy
If I make material changes to how consumer health data is collected, used, or shared, I will update this
policy and provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
