1:1 Christian Coaching for Moms
Motherhood wasn't meant to feel like one long exercise in trying harder.
You love your family deeply, but you're tired, overstimulated, irritable, or constantly wondering whether you're doing enough…if you are enough. You long to be more present, gentle and patient in motherhood…but trying harder to be regulated doesn't seem to be getting you there.
You need a space to slow down, bring what's actually happening in your life before God, and receive personal, biblical and practical support as you learn to mother from a place of peace and rest.
This isn't another self-improvement program.
You don't need someone to give you another list of things to do so you can become a more organized or productive mom. You don’t need a new morning routine or habit tracker.
My goal is to help you slow down, quiet the noise and hear what God may be asking of you in the season you're actually in.
Together, we'll consider questions like:
What can I practically change about my circumstances and what might I need to accept?
Where am I trying to control what is outside of my control?
What does God’s Word say about this?
What might God be asking me to lay down in this season?
Where might I need to trust, surrender, repent, rest, or set a boundary?
The goal isn't to become a perfect mom. It's to grow in faithfulness within the family and home He's given you.
I offer personalized support for navigating motherhood thru online coaching.

For a month, I walk alongside you as you share about your struggles in daily motherhood. I ask thoughtful questions, pray with you and offer practical/Biblical insights. We communicate throughout the month via email correspondence and Voxer, so you don’t have to schedule any meetings. You simply shoot me an email or voice messages whenever the thought or struggle arises, and I offer a thoughtful response twice a week. We talk through how to incorporate more physical, mental and spiritual rest into your unique situation.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Denver Seminary and have over 5 years of experience in counseling/coaching to help you navigate motherhood practically and spiritually. I’ve been a mom myself for 7 years and have 3 children. More importantly, my coaching is grounded in Scripture and in the conviction that lasting transformation comes through the work of the Holy Spirit—not simply through trying harder to improve ourselves.

Christian Coaching is different from psychotherapy/counseling because it focuses on how you’re struggling right now and how you want things to change in the future, or rather where the Holy Spirit is calling you to grow. It’s about participating with God in the transformation of our inner selves instead of fixating on the other people or outward circumstances in our lives, which we cannot control. It focuses more on the present and future than the past.
Disclaimer: This is not mental health counseling or treatment for any mental health disorders. This is virtual life coaching. I do not hold a mental health license.
